Drove product vision, strategy and execution for Apptio - the creator of the Technology Business Management (TBM) software category. TBM enables IT leaders to run IT "like a business" providing planning, costing, billing, benchmarking and other capabilities as part of an integrated SaaS offering. Drove expansion and transformation of product portfolio from a custom platform based solution to discrete, configurable applications. The transformation of Apptio's product line (and GTM strategy) were core to Apptio's continued growth story including Apptio's IPO in September 2016. Provided leadership to multi-disciplinary team including Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, Technical Operations, IT and InfoSec. Also provided leadership to Product Marketing for one year. Grew the organization, recruited key senior talent including adding an additional development site in Colorado. Transformed delivery capabilities for all of Apptio's SaaS applications to a continuous delivery model with improving quality and pace of innovation.
