> Manages a venture capital fund's operations (summing up 200MM BRL or 53MM USD committed capital). Successfully performed the latest fund investments and is currently assisting the divestment of the mature fund. > Deal sourcing and selection of several investment alternatives every month, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of selected prospect investments: valuation, assessment of the target’s framework, its business model, and the target’s market, in order to evaluate and prepare an indicative or binding offer. > Coordinates the investment and divestment reports preparation, raising enough information to assess the investment and divestment alternatives and propose action to the funds’ investment committees. > Presents investment and divestment opportunities to the funds’ investors’ boards and investment committees. > Conducts deal negotiation with portfolio companies, participating on their due diligence results analysis and deal closing, and actively participates on term sheet and final documents preparation, proposing and negotiating clauses, governance framework and influence mechanisms (board seats, veto rights, etc.). > Coordinates a structured and active monitoring of portfolio companies defining commercial and financial KPIs to be regularly discussed. > Develops strategies together with portfolio companies to improve internal resources allocation, extracting synergies and exchanging knowledge to add value to their businesses and activities, actively participating in their annual strategic planning. > Participates in board of directors meetings as advisor of some invested companies. > Articulates public and private investors approach, performing roadshows and establishing relationship in order to raise capital for new funds.
