I typically divide building a business into three separate steps; From 0-50 employees, 50-200 employees and 200-1000 employees. Each stage require difference capabilities, challenges and resources. With hands-on experience from each step, I enjoy getting actively involved with my portfolio companies, and help as much as I can. With an avg yearly CAGR in top line revenue exceeding 50% across the entire portfolio, I focus on building sales organizations and go-to-market strategies. I particularly enjoy working with SaaS and b2b/b2b2c software companies, some with as much as up to one third of revenues coming from consulting/prof services. Active on several boards of portfolio companies, as well as ad hoc projects on other companies.
