Created the Bain Capital Academy in 2019 to develop and operationalize a learning blueprint for Bain Capital's business units across the firm's platform. Partner with firm leadership and content experts to identify learning objectives and design keystone programs, lead a team to run the global training delivery 'engine' for in-person and virtual programming, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and collaborate with regional leadership and HR business partners to address local training needs for the firm's investment professionals.
