I have worked for Noble Macmillan, a luxury leather brand, periodically over four years. Held various positions such as Retail assistant, Sales assistant and Events coordinator. • Worked on the shop floor and dealt with customer services whether on the phone or in person developing my client relationship skills • Analysis of competitor products • My time at Noble Macmillan ensured I developed my organisational and sales skills.

• I took part in a weeklong course, which aims to help young entrepreneurs understand all aspects of running their own business, from marketing to finance, and from leadership to communication. • I led our team in the ‘Dragon’s Den’ challenge, where we had to design a product/idea within a team, presenting it to the top members of the company.

• I worked with the team at Montfort Communication for two weeks developing my knowledge and skills of PR specifically in the financial sector • I gained an insight into managing the communications and public image of several clients whilst working with a small but varied team. I also learnt to understand the importance of a brand and it’s messaging to a business. • I enjoyed meeting new people and getting a more in depth knowledge of the role they play in the company and why each element of PR is so important

I worked as a Christmas Intern while the company was at a young stage so I was helping with a variety of different tasks. I helped with the social media strategy and execution as well as a variety of other marketing elements Responsible for day-to-day communication and liaising with external agencies to ensure efficient management of the procurement process. Also day to day contact with customers through an online customer services role. Assisted with online accounting Attended a range of meetings; from investors to designers Attended several fashion and Christmas fairs, for example Men’s fashion week 2015/2016 and The Spirit of Christmas. This gave me real experience of frontline sales and customer relations.
