    Innovation and R&D. Worked with the phenomenal team of data scientists+engineers, key clients, and internal business leaders to build the next generation of products and platforms. Focus on decentralized identity, blockchain technology, and ESG.

  • Partner, Google Ventures

    2015 - 2020

    Co-founded GV's Partnerships team. Spent 10 years as a program creator & scaler, strategic operator, and relationship builder. Designed and grew programs that directly impacted startups' revenues and costs. Led the Women@Google Irvine ERG and participated in GV's DEI initiatives. • Established GV Partnerships as formal practice area within GV, bringing together corporations and startups to drive innovation through commercial opportunities, partnerships, strategic investments, and acquisitions • Managed the strategy and operations for GV Partnerships • Created a pipeline of $XXX million across GV’s portfolio, generating millions of dollars in revenue for portfolio companies • Grew and maintained GV’s network of hundreds of F500 and Global 1000 C-level executives and leaders through direct relationship management, Executive Briefings, and partnership with Google • Responsible for presenting to, hosting 1:1 meetings with, and understanding and translating the business strategies and priorities of external C-level executives • Curated and presented GV’s thought leadership internally across Alphabet as well as externally to F500 partners, including delivering the keynote at BNY Mellon’s FinTech Connect 2019 • Captured industry insights and trends to inform investment theses, product roadmaps, and sales strategy • Conducted 1:1 coaching with 100+ founders and sales leads to help them effectively pitch their story and product • Implemented Salesforce as CRM for GV

    GoogleVentures operations and portfolio programming lead. Developed Portfolio Programs, negotiating and managing the array of Google products, external platforms (AWS, Rackspace, Twilio, and more), and services that allow startups to grow and scale more efficiently and effectively. Managed business operations, including events, team culture, employee onboarding, startup onboarding and backend ops, and quarterly + annual reports.
