• Partner with Executive and senior management to identify and address the critical needs of the business and achieve goals that support a long-range HR and organizational strategy. • Hold leaders accountable for fostering a healthy work environment. Assist leaders in building and maintaining a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of our people. • Coach and advise managers and employees on issues and problems; provide objective feedback and coach through difficult conversations. • Work with business leaders to assess talent; proactively make recommendations on talent acquisition needs, and promotion readiness. • Liaison with recruiting team on improving our recruiting process including evaluation of new ATS, creation of behavioral interview training, and approval process for REQs and offers. • Take an active role in the performance management process to ensure that employees receive timely, objective and actionable feedback. • Assess talent to determine training needs. Partner with clients and the Learning and Development team to identify appropriate learning activities to meet current and future needs. Facilitate internal training programs as needed. • Partner with other HR COEs in the delivery of key HR programs and strategies including compensation, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
