Hyper (www.hyperhq.com) is the team that enables aspiring entrepreneurs to make the first steps and start building their dreams. We educate the future founder in all areas of responsibility, we build a business plan, go-to-market strategy and prototype together with them, and prepare them to seek investment. All this effort has made over 130 people take their idea to the next level in the last year. Within this team, Valentin focuses on improving the collaboration process between Hyper and the founders. This is achieved by motivating the team and setting a clear ambition and objectives. At the same time, empowering the team to take all the learnings from their experience and translate them into improvements. Valentin's ambitious nature makes him invested in what the future means for Hyper, contributing constantly to its mission and strategies. This has translated into opening a B2B avenue for Hyper and developing the consumer strategy to double the revenue of the company.
