Led world class global teams (600+ development, engineering, support and product management) across Sunnyvale, Salt Lake City and Waterloo Canada.     1998 - 2000

    Developed the product strategy for Web Access Management which included the HTTP Reverse Proxy, Web Authentication, Web SSO, Access Control and Authorization capabilities. DASCOM pioneered Internet and Web Security and the integrated security platform enabled enterprise clients to securely deploy e-business applications for B2C, B2B and B2E users. DASCOM was acquired by IBM (2000) and the technology became the growth engine for IBM’s e-business strategy.
