Prior to this focus, I was a generalist in the Investment Banking group focused on High Technology Companies. Completed a wide range of financing transactions, including over ten IPOs and other public offerings that raised in excess of one billion in capital, and merger and acquisitions for a wide range of software, services, hardware, semiconductor, communications equipment, and storage companies.
