Victoria is an active investor and advisor in the innovation economy and Managing Director of Astia, a global organization that levels the investment playing field for entrepreneurial teams with women leaders. As Managing Director, Victoria is one of four members of the Investment Team for Astia Fund, an early stage venture fund investing in women-led companies. Since 2013, Victoria has managed Astia’s direct investment activity through an international LP base made up of family offices and high net worth women and men investing in women-led companies. Under Victoria’s curation, management and investment execution, the group has gone from two investments to over one hundred, with more than $26M invested by Astia investors alongside over $430M in syndicate. Victoria’s personal portfolio of investments includes over 20 female led companies.

Director of The We Own It Summit, a conference convening visionaries, thought-leaders, idea generators, game-changers and disrupters to identify paths of success for women high-growth entrepreneurs: from women’s access to capital, to women’s participation on boards, to the full participation of women as investors on women high-growth entrepreneurs. Summit convened by the not-for-profit organization Astia (astia.org) along with over 50 global collaborating organizations. Led strategic planning of the summit to ensure goals were met, facilitated collaboration between international stakeholders, oversaw fulfillment of overall vision as well as produced all details of the summit, raised sponsorships, secured keynotes, managed all organizational aspects.
• Developed mission and vision of 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization to empower women and girls through the development and production of media and media-literacy education. • Led teams of artists and creative personnel in the production of critically-acclaimed, off-Broadway theatrical productions, readings and workshops by women writers. Selected scripts, built production budgets and calendars, managed creative and production team, oversaw marketing and PR, and developed audiences. • Strategic planning and implementation of an annual, city-wide, non-traditional outreach program for 125+ teenage girls. Developed metrics to measure self-esteem improvement outcomes. Raised interest for and support in the program from multiple stakeholders (foundations, corporate, government and celebrities). • Event-produced annual benefit including setting benefit goals, budget and production calendar; securing celebrity participation; soliciting and cultivating corporate sponsors; managing production team; developing marketing materials and coordinating with PR firm. • Established financial, legal and operational structures to support the implementation of all programs, including multi-year company-wide financial model with detailed revenue forecasts and cost estimates. • Created and implemented annual fundraising plan and initiatives. Secured on-going support from such Foundations as the New York Community Trust, The Washington Square Fund, Peter Jay Sharp Foundation; Corporate support from Time Warner, Altria, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, SELF Magazine; Government support from the Department of Cultural Affairs, New York State Council for the Arts and line item support from Council Speaker Christine Quinn. Cultivated individual donors. Designed and produced marketing and solicitation materials. • Developed and helmed the board of directors.
• Specialized in discovering new talent through the production of creative open calls which attracted new talent to audition, extensive research, outreach to public and private schools throughout New York City and other non-traditional methods of discovery. • Casting accounts included the Broadway Musical Rent, plus its National Tours and Non-Equity Company, the movie Camp and casting of the lead role opposite Sean Connery in the film Finding Forrester.
