Also conducted valuation of over 25 U.S. State lotteries for private sector leasing and securitization.

    Conducted annual reviews of power projects (financial and operational performance, credit ratings and financial statements of sponsors and off-takers, BNP's risk-adjusted returns). Drafted a proposal for the financing of parking facilities (research on comparable transactions and the sizing, amortization, and debt pricing for long-term infrastructure concessions). Also participated in the negotiation of a $500MM power plant project refinancing, including financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for debt sizing.

    Conducted market studies for major French transportation companies preparing for US market entry. Coordinated a mission of French experts on the concept of managed lanes. Was also responsible for the publication of a newsletter on US transportation projects, budgets, and regulations.
