I have the honor of leading an amazing team of product managers and cross functional partners to build best in class wallet experiences across Uber's many lines of business, move tens of billions of dollars globally, solve unique problems like cash acceptance at scale, scale new technologies like real time payments globally, build global compliance capabilities, and introduce new financial products like Uber Conta, our debit card for drivers in Brazil, and the Uber Pro Card, Uber's debit card for drivers in the US.

Lead product for PayPal Inc.'s payments platform, powering our ecosystem of marketplaces, merchants and developers - the backbone for $1+ trillion in annual volume. I'm lucky to lead an incredibly talented team of product managers. We manage payments not just for PayPal's merchant checkout and P2P services, but billions in volume for Venmo, Braintree, and other PayPal Inc. services. We're experts in real time payments (likely the #1 non-bank originator of real time payments globally), network tokenization (we're the #1 token requestor for CNP tokens globally), and wallets (we power Facebook / Instagram's wallet amongst others). We're building innovative platform capabilities that will drive PayPal's next growth curves.

Our group focuses on developing standards and product platforms to enable voice based commerce, commerce in augmented reality / virtual reality, commerce via new form factors like Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ultrasonics, and more. We work with automobile OEMs, smart home device manufacturers, merchants, wallet providers, and others to build out the next generation of digital commerce, securely enabled by Visa's technologies like Visa Token Service.

I lead global commercialization and build acceptance for Visa Checkout, Visa payWave (NFC), Visa QR Code, and other digital form factors. We're passionate about collaborating with merchants and industry partners on redesigning commerce experiences around mobile commerce, the Internet of Things, and other form factors. I've been proud to lead our team's drive to nearly 25m consumers using Visa Checkout at merchants representing almost $200b in eCommerce volume global with an 80+% conversion rate, 60+% lower fraud, and well over 95% authorization rates. Our partnerships with Google and Samsung also helped us build the Visa Checkout Open Platform with Android Pay and Samsung Pay - biometrically authenticated transactions in a highly converting UX at hundreds of thousands of merchants. We're also commercializing Visa Token Service, offering gateways and merchants increased authorization rates, reduced breach risk, and built in lifecycle management (no more declines for lost / stolen cards or expired cards!). My team also manages commercialization of Visa Checkout and Visa Token Service with a broad range of partners in the ecosystem such as Braintree, Adyen, and more.

Manage Visa's product strategy for our digital solutions in developed markets including eCommerce / mCommerce solutions such as Visa Checkout, NFC and other proximity payment solutions, point of sale acceptance solutions. Determine product strategy / roadmaps, pricing & positioning strategies, implementation & support best practices, and sales & partnership strategies. In short: building ways to match the ease of use and security of Visa cards in the physical world (think about how easy it is to swipe and pay with no signature required) in the digital realm.
