Previously, I re-imagined the follow ecosystem on LinkedIn, introduced the Interest Feed experience, brought likes on comments and replies to comments to LinkedIn, and revamped who's viewed my profile. This was all designed for Desktop, iOS, Android, and Mobile Web.

This includes topical feeds, tagged articles, and editorially curated storylines to help feed consumers hone in on relevant and topical professional information. This was designed on iOS, Android, Mobile Web, and Desktop. I now focus on reimagining the follow ecosystem on LinkedIn and the overall content/feed experience. Previously, my team brought likes on comments and replies to comments to the mobile and desktop experience, to foster high quality conversations on LinkedIn.     ★ Public announcement of acquisition by Microsoft in June 2016 LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network, aiming to connect the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful. I updated the mobile Who's Viewed My Profile experience, aiming to add more context and value surrounding people who view you. This was designed on iOS, Android, and Mobile Web. Collaborating with Russ Phillips, we designed the new notification experience, balancing brevity with information and readability. This was designed on iOS, Android, and Mobile Web. My team brought likes on comments and replies to comments to the mobile and desktop experience, to foster high quality conversations on LinkedIn. This was designed on Desktop, iOS, Android, and Mobile Web. Most recently, I designed the Interest Feed experience.     ★ Acquired by LinkedIn in April 2015 Refresh helps deliver insights and create deeper connections with friends and colleagues. My job was to make the experience beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly. With a co-designer, we led 10+ products from ideation to implementation, including but limited to: mobile product design, desktop product design, company rebranding, consumer product design, and enterprise product design.

  • User Experience Designer

    I had the privilege of designing a desktop app from start to finish. My work included: ideating and creating concepts for upcoming applications, building wireframes and low fidelity mock-ups to get a feel for how the application can look, designing high fidelity mock-ups and final visual polish based on feedback returned, working directly with developers to provide graphical assets, and presenting/selling all these features, ideas, and next steps to our team members in Waterloo, Madison, and Japan.

    Working with the team behind Media Go enforced the importance of designing brand-compliant user interfaces. My role included constantly analyzing usability within the app, creating and updating features, conceptualizing future user interface trends, working directly with developers to assess feasibility, and ensuring that all these tasks met respective release dates.
