Lead system development and trading operations. Direct management oversight of a 10-person development and quality assurance team, 3-person marketing team, 3-person customer service team, 2-person technical compliance team, and bookkeeper. Report to CEO. • Supported successful $5 million seed round. Developed white paper and pitch deck. Attended pitches and responded to questions regarding the business model and system development. • Cultivated liquidity relationships totaling 8 figures with 2 large market-makers. Included negotiations, contracts, cross-exchange market-making systems, API integrations, and configurations. • Developed scalable, master-system specifications in collaboration with development leads. Identified and negotiated strategic partner relationships with sub-system vendors. Oversaw testing plans and execution. Delivered live system for 15 digital assets in 10 months. • Selected marketing vendor and collaborated on go-to-market strategy for December 2019 launch. Generated 250,000+ trades and $28,000,000 of volume in the first 180 days. • Took over management of the internal investment portfolio (~$3.5m) in early 2019. Generated 62% return (~$2.2m). Extended runway 6 months.

    Company: Start-up cryptocurrency training service for hedge funds, family offices, and retail investors. Wholly-owned subsidiary of NeuroTracker, a cognitive training platform provider. Developed start-up educational platform that trained 50+ novice crypto traders on proprietary trading system (see below). Reported to NSTA President.

    Company: Start-up developer and provider of SaaS trading products. Developed 3 products, a white-label trading platform, a proprietary earnings trading suite, and a proprietary futures trading system, licensed to hedge funds, prop shops, and family offices. • Sold proprietary futures trading system with $15+ million annual order flow to Golden Zone Trading, which was acquired by NeuroStreet Trading Academy in 2018. • Licensed earnings trading suite to Active Day Trader, which merged into Masters in Trading. Continues to generate annual revenue. • Founded during college. Won 3 student pitch contests; $25,000 of prize money. Recognized by San Diego Business Journal as the top college start-up in California.

Served small business and individual clients (life, health, disability, 401(k), IRA products). • Met manager socially; recruited to firm after talking about personal investment strategies. • Top producer in 2014 new-hire cohort. First person in Northwestern Mutual California to automate LinkedIn lead generation. Worked part-time; outperformed full-time reps. • One of the youngest NWM representatives in California to earn FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
