Its second product, a virtual reality golf game launched in partnership with Topgolf and the PGA and is currently (as of August 2022), the #1 Paid Game on Meta's Oculus VR Platform and valued in excess of $80M. In this formative position, I was responsible for all revenue generating functions including Strategy, Product, Pricing, Marketing, Business Development / Strategic Partnerships, Hiring and beyond.

By utilizing this fact-based approach, we've created a proven path to success such that 95% of students achieve their desired outcomes! On average our students improve by a staggering seven strokes! In the newly formed Director of Business Development / Product Development / Project Management position, I leveraged my deep brand strategy, marketing and technology experience to fuel the growth of the GOLFTEC business with a focus on strategic initiatives to meet the goals set forth by the Board of Directors.

    Responsible for managing a $4 million marketing budget, 10 full-time employees and resort advertising and SEM agencies of record. Collaborated with resort partners for multi-mountain season pass initiatives and with Winter Park Resort’s business units in the development and successful implementation of all marketing efforts. Marketing functions that report into this position include: advertising, media, email, social, web design & development, events, sponsorships, and photography/videography. Reported to Winter Park Resort's VP Marketing & Sales to develop marketing goals and strategies that supported the resort’s business plan and all Key Performance Indicators, including skier visits, room nights, advanced sales, website visits and sales conversion.
