Previously, I led our Platform pillar (Search, Sync, Attachments, Notification Platform, and Product Infrastructure) and our Growth Engineering organization.

    I supported a new engineering team's growth to 30+ person org, including infra, product, ML and data engineering teams. Together our team developed the full suite of ad offerings available to advertisers, which drove over $1B in revenue by the time we went public. Products that we brought from ideation to launch included Video on Pinterest, Carousel pins, App Install Ads, and Shopping Ads. Our team was responsible for the consumer experience, advertiser experience, and infrastructure for these products.
