Worked with a team of ten people to reach the University of Texas campus. Over two years experience in fundraising, networking, and initiating new business. Fully responsible for developing the funds for all personal and business expenses, including salary, benefits, administrative costs, and reimbursements. Helped design and execute plans to aid leaders with reaching and growing new student groups on the UT campus. Participated in bi-annual strategic planning and weekly checking of goals, reporting progress, problem solving, and discussing next steps. Director of summer project focusing on leadership.
