Post earn-out, was promoted to head all of Opera Software's Advertising business, inclusive of 10 acquisitions and 700 employees in 20 offices globally.

Responsible for bringing Tony Hawk to Activision and building the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater brand - the company's first $1B Revenue franchise. Promoted 7 times to become Global Head of Marketing in 2006, owning global P&L, franchise planning, IP acquisition and 9-figure annual marketing budgets (TV, digital/social, PR, trade). Played leadership role in Blizzard merger, crafting marketing integration plans and delivering 8-figures in cost synergies. Over my 13 years at Activision, drove go to market plans for 100+ games including Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Spiderman, X-Men, True Crime and the action sports line (Tony Hawk, Kelly Slater, etc), and delivered for over $5B in cumulative Revenue.
