Wilson was the Project Executive responsible for the completion of the AUD10M+ business transformation program MES at BHP Nickel West. The whole solution delivered business process and information systems for Integrated Mining and Processing Management, and Advanced Analytics capabilities to the Operations of this major Nickel business in Western Australia. Includes the integration of the operational systems with the Global BHP SAP solution.

Wilson led the IT Strategic Planning, Demand & Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture capabilities within BHP Nickel West, and previously was the IT business partner of BHP Iron Ore mining operations in Western Australia. He managed the relationship between IT and the Operations teams, and developed the Technology Roadmaps and IT Business Plans. Wilson was recognised by management and peers for outstanding performance.
Program Executive - GM Global Operating Model

Wilson was the Operational Excellence executive leading the design of Vale’s Global Operating Model in partnership with MIT Sloan. Our team delivered the pilot implementation of the operating model in the Iron Ore Operations in Brazil. The success of this program was recognised by the adoption of the Vale Production System across all operations. Deliveries of our team included: business process management and performance management framework implemented; performance and information management systems – monitoring and reporting mechanism to all operational management team – delivered; total quality management framework deployed.
