The Patented Aquai Indoor and Outdoor water management solutions are simply the most cost-effective in providing water consumption analytics, proactive water leak notifications and shut-off capabilities. We are addressing a relatively untapped $7 billion global market. Our customer base includes owners of apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals, other commercial institutions, as well as individual home owners and apartment residents. Our distribution opportunities include Municipal Water District subsidization, Property Insurance discounts, Specialty distributors, online and retail channels. Severe drought has brought a heightened awareness to water issues and the need to focus on conservation nationwide. Behavioral change is critical to long-term sustainability of our most precious resource. This was confirmed by Olivenhain Municipal Water District, the City of San Diego and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, all of which have agreed to perform a pilot with Aquai Technologies. Our products include easy to install "smart" universal water fixture flow sensors, some with automatic flood shut-off valves included. These devices generate advanced analytics that report water consumption in showers, washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sprinkler systems and many other applications. Our complete water management solution, will precisely map water consumption, report leaks, avoid floods, and provide suggestions for corrective action via our Smartphone APP or online tools.
