    Business Coach & Consultant - specializing in working with early stage entrepreneurs and with managers in the hi-tech industry. Provides on-going support (mentoring, coaching and business advice) to entrepreneurs and managers. Provides Market Research and Business Planning services. Specializing in early stage startups and tech businesses I also give a series of lectures for early stage startup entrepreneurs (6 lectures, total 18 hours) that are available separately or as a series. To date (Feb 24) I've assisted more than 400 entrepreneurs and more than 50 managers. Lectured to more than 8,000 entrepreneurs. And was involved in more than 25 startup acceleration programs.

    During my time with Gilat I > Improved the collection process and reduced overall customer's debt (several millions) by 50% within 1 year and maintained the reduced level of debt throughout my time with Gilat > Improved the revenue tracking and forecasting process (~1,500 projects annually) and reduced the difference between forecast and actual by 90% compared to previous years > Initiated and managed changes & additions to the SAP system in relations to customer's orders, invoices and credit terms To successfully accomplish my work I routinely worked with about 100 people from 34 different countries

    During my time with Press-Sense I > Setup a database of Revenues, Customers & Products and analyzed it together with the Marketing and Sales team to achieve greater Marketing and Sales focus > Revitalized the company's CRM system and kept it up to date. > Improved the Invoicing, collection and cash flow forecast processes > Improved the licensing process for the company's products > Managed most of the financial side of the Due Diligence process done for the sale of the company In order to successfully accomplish the above I routinely worked with around 80 people from 10 different countries.

    I founded the department and was in charge of: > Managing 15 employees in various departments in positions relating to Business & Financial Control, Budget usage and Telecommunication Infrastructure > Updating parts of the company Business Plan and Financial Reports > Managing the company's Budget with around 800 items and an annual volume of 1.1B ILS > Managing the accounts of all the Israeli Telecoms and 4 major international telecoms and performing routine inter-carrier settlements of around ~200M ILS in a year > Performing on going checks & system reviews with members of various departments - most notably Engineering & IT - in order to check for Revenue "leaks" and possible Cost Reductions > Maintaining ongoing discussions with Regulatory Ministries and attending relevant discussions in the Knesset's committees > I was a major contributor to the team working on 3 public offerings and 1 merger done during my time with the company In order to successfully perform my above tasks I routinely with around 160 people from various professions covering most of the departments in the company.
