    Lodestar is a video first deep learning platform, go from raw video files to a working custom AI model in 1 hour. Thanks to video native annotation, model assisted data curation and automated model training. Manage your dataset with a pythonic API, run experiments, get to know your data and build the best models. Lodestar is delivered as a cloud service running on dedicated GPU hardware managed by our team. - Defined personas, user journeys, use cases, UX, MRD, PRD - Owned the roadmap, product process, product requirements and user stories for all features - Collaborated cross-functionally with 10 engineers, marketing and sales from ideation to GA
 - Managed 2 full time team members and 4 contractors in the context of special projects - Acquired enterprise customers and delivered software+hardware solutions

    - Learned from founders experience delivering 100+ DL projects and GPU systems to F500. - Analysed competitive landscape and created visualizations and presentations for the wider team. - Defined positioning and branding of our company in the AI for enterprise space.

  • Guest Lecturer - datacentric AI

    2021 - 2021

    Part of a collaboration between CMU applied AI class for masters students and my role at Lodestar AI. Guided grad students in developing datasets, training vision transformers on GPU servers, testing, deploying and evaluating their vision applications. Giving students hands on experience in developing practical AI solutions using a datacentric approach.

    - Collaborated with PM and 10 engineers to develop a network security solution for ISPs. 
 - Performed market research and analysed value propositions of competitors and substitutes.
 - Leveraged competitive advantage and differentiating features to redefine positioning.
 - Identified key partners and valuable enterprise customers.     - Biggest pilot has shown 15% lift in conversion resulting in $1.5M/month additional revenue.
 - Developed go-to-market strategy for emerging speech technology directly with CEO. - Identified key features for our proof of concept and created first wireframes of the U/I.
