    • Seeded cells on sterilized coverslips, which were placed in petri dishes with 1 mL of media containing fetal bovine serum. The cells were left to grow for three to four days until cells appeared to be abundant. • Treated cells with stock MeHg at concentrations of 100nM, 10µM, and 1 nM for varying amount of days. • Washed cells with warm HBSS/Ca/Mg or other suitable buffer and labeled them. • Mounted cells in warm buffer and image for ROS sustaining immediately.
